Bright Solutions Pool Cleaning provides residential pool cleaning and maintenance services in Pinellas County, FL, including weekly and bi-weekly cleaning, green pool cleanup, filter cleaning, and one-time or move-in/move-out cleanups, as described on our Services page.
To provide service, we need safe and reasonable access to your pool area or gate on your scheduled service day. If access isn't available, we may need to reschedule your visit, which could affect your service frequency for that period.
Quotes are based on pool size, condition, and the service requested. Final pricing is confirmed before service begins. Payment is due as agreed at the time of quoting unless other arrangements have been made with us directly.
We ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a visit, ideally at least 24 hours in advance, so we can adjust our route and offer that time to another customer.
If something about a visit doesn't meet expectations, please contact us so we can make it right. We want every customer to be happy with their pool.
We take care with every pool we service, but pool equipment can be old, worn, or already damaged before we arrive. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bright Solutions Pool Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing equipment issues, damage caused by manufacturer defects or normal wear, or delays caused by weather or conditions outside our control. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited under Florida law.
We may decline or discontinue service for any property where conditions are unsafe, access is consistently unavailable, or payment is not made as agreed.
